Simply Color and my dining room on Design Sponge

The lovely Grace at Design*Sponge along with Lauren Willhite from Color Collective featured my dining room on D*sponge yesterday as part of the "Simply Color" series.   I love that they have added a roundup showing similar objects to the look in the rooms featured.  As you can see I have a pottery problem- this is only a sample of what I have stashed away.  Blame my dad who started collecting art pottery years ago and gave me much of his Rookwood and Fulper collection.  What you see here is an assortment of new from Barbara Eigen, Theresa Pellegrini and  Potluck Studios and others along with vintage from my many flea market jaunts.  I also have pieces I brought back from travels including Morocco, Turkey and Amsterdam.

Stylist and designer Raina Kattelson lives in Hudson Valley with her husband and two daughters. Of course, I had to make a palette out of the delicious colors in the family’s dining area. The white furniture and pops of color against the bright wall are so cheerful! Click here to see the original sneak peek.
We have added a roundup to the “Simply Color” column. I hope you enjoy! — Lauren
