Here are some behind the scenes shots from a cookbook I styled by Sherri Brooks Vinton, Put em Up Fruit a follow up to Put em Up a how to with tasty recipes for drying, canning, freezing and pickling.
In her second book Vinton pairs delicious (I know I ate a lot of them on the shoot) canned fruit recipes alongside recipes for a meal that makes use of each canned recipe. One of my fave meals was the Grilled Lamb with Berry Gastrique!
