Brass was everywhere at High Point, in furniture such as these fab hide stools (another trend).
These stools from Dira Life would look perfect in a sleek modern space as easily as a more traditional space.
Just lovin these groovy brass fire screens and andirons from Arteriors.
While at Arteriors I also saw this brass vertebrae sconce. Now I'm kicking myself that I didn't wire for sconces in the living room - as these are tres chic.
While I'm on the subject of things I'm coveting… how about these amazing brass and webbing outdoor pieces from Brown Jordan. The navy against brass is an absolutely perfect combo. Put two of these in my luggage and I would be a happy girl.
Once again Bernhardt knocks it out of the park with these butter soft leather and brass chairs. They showed them in a masculine loungey setting but I would pair them in a spare modern space for the perfect touch.
And yet more chair love from Bobo in this vintage upholstered set.
I saw lot's of wall decorations such as this gold leafed hexagon set from Gold Leaf Design Group again perfect in a spare scandinavian style space.
I thought I would see more copper at market but there were very few pieces. This copper plumbing pipe inspired piece from Noir was one of the few. Not sure if I love this piece but I'm definitly hoping to see more copper in the future.
One of the main things I'm always on the lookout for my styling kit is varous vases and contanors. Every interiors shoot I do involves several boxes of assorted vases. They need to be versatile given the amount of shoots I do as well as the various styles of spaces. These two brass pieces from NDI fit the bill perfectly.
