Retro Ethnic, Haute Hippie, Glam Style

Ever since I saw this groovy Moroccan home several months ago in Elle Decor it's been on my mind.
The house is owned by an American expat couple who own Popham design a tile company in Morocco. The home is filled with their interpretation of Moroccan cement tiles along side vintage finds from around the world.
The blending of Morrocan tiles and Swedish designer Pia Wallens cross blanket is inspired.
It marries two of my favorite styles together perfectly.
I love the hit of turquoise in this crazy patterened bath. The brass cross light fixture is made by the owner and reminds me of this vintage light I saw at High Point. Now I am even more bummed that I didn't buy it.
Mixing bit's of 60's modern with the Steen Ostergaard chairs, Repurposed kilm pillows and a simple bench style seating with pops of bright red makes this the ideal outdoor dining spot.

Between this place and the 2 homes below designed by Commune Design… I'm falling in love with this retro, haute hippy, glam style and ready to redo the design of my entire home.
I so want that brass fronted cabinet!

Here are a few of my haute hippi-ethnic-groovy- glam finds.
